Full Audit of Financial Statements

Examination of Financial Statements - This service is aimed at expressing an independent opinion on Brazilian or international financial statements (US GAAP and IFRS) for use by shareholders, regulatory agencies and general users, so as to credit quality, transparency and credibility to such financial statements.

Limited Review of Financial Statements

In certain circumstances, legal or regulatory norms, or even the specific needs of the entity, do not call for a full audit to the extent required to issue a formal opinion, such that a limited review of the financial statements of a company may suffice.

Due-Diligence
